Top 5 Portland Indoor Wedding Venues

Take the guesswork out of finding a beautiful Portland indoor wedding venue for your day. I’ve spent years photographing elopements and weddings around Portland, and have compiled some of my favorite indoor venues just for you. Keep reading to learn what is special about these locations, and find the perfect one for you.

1. Blockhouse – $1750-$6500

Nestled in the heart of industrial NW Portland, Blockhouse is the perfect mix of city and nature for your wedding. With a nursery on location, this venue is perfect for couples who love plants and foliage. You get all the lushness of an outdoor wedding, without the fear of getting drenched by unexpected rain on your wedding day. The space feels open and inviting, but still maintains the intimacy of an indoor space. It’s perfect for intimate weddings with the smallest space holding up to 64 guests seated or 75 guests cocktail style. You can also add the Pomarius greenhouse for a slightly larger shindig and seat up to 120 guests. Blockhouse has a list of preferred caterers and chefs they work with, but bringing someone else in isn’t out of the question. Blockhouse is definitely top of my list for Portland indoor wedding venues!

2. Union/Pine – $2000-$3500

Union/Pine has a modern and clean aesthetic making it the perfect space to bring your own style into and make it your own. This event space features contrasting neutrals with dark floors and ceiling beams, next to bright white walls. The subtle industrial theme of the space feels like Portland, but is a clean slate for your ideas to come to life. The photos featured here are from their main venue, but they also offer the Loft space available for rent.

The seating capacity of this venue is 130 people, making it great for micro to medium sized weddings. Union/Pine is one of the most affordable venues in the area, with packages under $3k, while still feeling like a luxury space for your nuptials. Union/Pine does have an open vendor policy, but provides a list of some of their favorites to work with on their website.

3. Coopers Hall $4000-$11,000

Coopers Hall Winery and Taproom is an incredibly unique indoor wedding venue in SE Portland. The bright warehouse has an aesthetic wall of wooden wine barrels that warm up the modern space and is accented with lush greenery all over. This urban winery brings a lot to the table with it’s delicious local food and full service bar, as well as an amazing staff that create a seamless ceremony and reception. The large barrel room you see here is the main event space and can fit up to 180 guests seated or 225 for a standing cocktail event. With glowing cafe lights over head, every wedding I photograph here feels like an intimate dinner party with all your closest friends and family.

4. Ecotrust Building Irving Street Studio – $4000-$7000

Ecotrust Events are venues with a mission, with 100% of their proceeds going back to Ecotrust, working against climate change, and towards and safer and more equitable future for all. Learn more about Ecotrust here.

The Ecotrust Building is a warm and bright environment, great for intimate weddings. The red brick and warm hued wood floors make space cozy and inviting for your big day. Choose a caterer from their approved list, and for an additional fee, rent their 48 spot parking lot just for your event.

5. Leftbank Annex – $2500-$6500

This spacious venue offers a variety of locations to say your ‘I dos’. You can even rent the whole space for the utmost privacy and really make it your own. The photos you see here are in the Greatroom area. The Leftbank Annex does have a preferred vendor list for caterers that they ask you work with when planning your day.

Leftbank Annex feels like a blank space, ready for your style and vision to imprinted onto the architecture. Because of all of the natural light the space is ideal for photos, and causes it to glow warm into the evening while you dance and celebrate with your guests.

These are just a few of the amazing venues all around Portland. Don’t hesitate to reach out here if you need even more personalized recommendations for your day.
